Table Rental: $50 each; 2 or more tables $40 each
1 booth = 1 table. If you do not require a table in your booth, please indicate.
6' table, chair option (maximum 2). Booths are approximately 8'w x 5'd. Vendors cannot display outside of their designated area. All tables and/or display racks must be within designated space.
Electrical service is very limited — register early if you require this. You must supply your own power cords.
Vendor Setup: 9:00 am – 10:45 am on October 17th
Registration and payment must be received before October 1st, 2026.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Send e-transfers to payments@rmrca.com
Vendors are responsible for their own promotional operation. This includes all signage, payment options, bags, table draping, direct advertising, etc.
